About Dr. Ziegler

Services Offered

Dr. Ziegler prescribes medication, and provides therapy, for these conditions:

Dr. Ziegler does not provide services such as case management, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, eating disorder treatment, forensic evaluations, services for patients under 18, or emergency/crisis psychiatry.

New Patient Appointments

The first appointment begins with intake forms (medical history, psychiatric history, reason for visit). These take about 30 minutes to complete and should be submitted with a photo ID and payment information.

Your first Telehealth session will last about 60 minutes. You will meet directly with Dr. Ziegler (no assistants, no staff hand-offs). Together, you will review your history, discuss your current concerns, and create a treatment plan.

Missed appointments or late cancellations (within 24 hours) are subject to a $100 fee if the time cannot be filled by another patient. If the initial intake is missed or canceled late, it will not be rescheduled.

Follow-Up Visits

Follow-up visits are typically 15–25 minutes and scheduled every 1–3 months, depending on your needs and treatment progress.

Telemedicine

Dr. Ziegler uses a secure, HIPAA-compliant Telehealth platform. Medications are electronically prescribed to your pharmacy. Telehealth reduces barriers such as travel, time off work, and access to care in remote locations.

In-person visits are available in Spokane (323 E 2nd Ave #101) and occasionally in Seattle.
